Januar 1775, stand 1793 als Cornet bei dem Regiment Leib-Carabiniers, Kürassiere No. 11 zu Rathenow, machte den Feldzug am Rhein gegen die französische Republik mit, ward 1794 Lieutenant, nahm 1797 den Abschied und ging auf seine, vom Vater ihm übergebenen, Güter: Hohenbrünzow und Strehlow. Nach dem Tode seines Oheims Balthasar (No. 10) fielen ihm 1803, in Folge einer Einigung mit seinem Oheim Philipp Adolf (No. 14), auch die Lantzkronschen Güter: Lantzkron, Rehberg, Janow, Neuendorff und Bartow, zu, und erbte er 1815 von seinem Oheim Philipp Adolf (No. 14) auch den Lehnsstamm von Wisbur. Von diesen Gütern verkaufte er 1810 Rehberg für 45000 Thaler, kaufte es aber 1814 für 35000 Thaler wieder zurück. In Folge der Kriegsjahre und seiner Bereitwilligkeit, überall der Noth zu steuern, sowie in Folge von Brandunglück, gerieth er in vollständigen Vermögensverfall, so dass er 1828 seinem Sohn Wilhelm, welchem er bereits 1824 Rehberg abgetreten hatte, sämmtliche Güter übergab, mit der Verpflichtung, seine Gläubiger zu befriedigen. Er nahm seinen Wohnsitz in Janow, wo selbst er 1816 ein neues Wohnhaus erbaute, zu welchem König Friedrich Wilhelm III ihm das Bauholz geschenkt hatte. Dort starb er auch am 1. März 1831.</ins></div></td></tr>

XV. 23), geboren zu Raudten in Schlesien 2. Juni 1776, starb als Wittwe im Hause ihres Bruders Otto (Taf. XV. 25) zu Elbing am 10. März 1842. Ihr und ihres Gatten Bildnisse befanden sich in Janow.</ins></div></td></tr>
